How quickly will I get a quote?
We aim to return most quotes within 24 hours. Complex multi-process projects may take up to 48 hours. Upload your CAD files via our RFQ form for the quickest turnaround (typically within 24 hours).
Do you offer NDA protection?
Yes. We take IP protection seriously and can sign mutual NDAs before any technical discussion. Just mention it in your message and we will send one over.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, IGES, STL, 3MF, OBJ, DXF, DWG, and PDF files. STEP files are preferred for CNC machining as they contain the most complete geometry data.
Can you help with design for manufacturing (DFM)?
Absolutely. Our engineering team provides free DFM feedback on every quote. We will flag any manufacturability concerns and suggest design optimizations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with standard and express options. We handle customs documentation and can deliver to most countries within 5–10 business days.
What if I need ongoing production support?
We offer dedicated account management for recurring orders. Contact us to discuss volume pricing, blanket POs, and scheduled deliveries.
