Do you offer NDA protection?

Yes. We take IP protection seriously and can sign mutual NDAs before any technical discussion.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STEP, IGES, STL, 3MF, OBJ, DXF, DWG, and PDF files. STEP files are preferred for CNC machining.

When does DFM review happen?

Free DFM review starts after order confirmation. Before ordering, you can still ask general material, process, or feasibility questions through the contact form.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide with standard and express options. We handle customs documentation and can deliver to most countries within 5–10 business days.

What if I need ongoing production support?

We offer dedicated account management for recurring orders. Contact us to discuss volume pricing, blanket POs, and scheduled deliveries.
