Does MakerStage assemble or test complete liquid cooling systems?

No. This page covers component manufacturing. Joining, brazing, bonding, assembly, cleaning, leak, pressure, flow, cleanliness, and thermal testing remain with the OEM or a separately qualified provider.

What should a manifold or cold-plate component RFQ include?

Send CAD, controlled drawings, material, finish, port and thread requirements, sealing interfaces, critical datums, quantity, revision, target date, and requested inspection or material records.

Can CMM and material records be requested?

Yes. CMM reports, dimensional inspection reports, and material test reports can be requested when they are included in the quoted scope.

Who owns fluid and thermal performance requirements?

The OEM owns coolant compatibility, pressure, flow, cleanliness, sealing, thermal, structural, electrical, test, qualification, and system-level acceptance requirements.
